From Doing to Being
The Institute of Psycho Management Studies (IPMS) presents a reflective workshop designed to help women become aware of the constant “doing” mode and reconnect with their inner being. Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, we will explore the many roles women carry and understand how these roles can sometimes create inner and outer conflicts. We will also reflect on how to perform our roles without compromising our true self.
The workshop is structured to provide the depth and impact of an individual counselling session within a small group setting. Therefore, participation is limited to 10 participants only.
