Sunita Williams seems to have aged faster when she was in space. Why? What is reverse aging? What happens after accidental death or suicide?

Discussion:

A concept of “Kaya Kalp” yantra (literally translates to “rejuvenation of the body, mind, and soul” or “transformation of the body”) and reverse aging was mentioned.

Reverse aging:

The way diabetes is being reversed today all diseases can be reversed means you can go back and correct the cell memories. Restore the original memory of the cell like factory reset of the cells.

What if we would have done anti-clockwise parikrama of the Earth then what effect would it have had on her body? We don’t know. It’s up for imagination.

Someone said the lack of natural environment must’ve caused the aging too. But spending a long time in space surely affected the annamaya kosh on Sunita W in space. She seems to have aged faster. Her pranamaya kosh affected due to artificial oxygen. Causal might not got affected. Astral body we don’t know. Yes, she was away from the gravitational force. She was rotating the earth faster. Increased speed of the wheel might affect have affected her.

How do we do pradakshina (circumambulation) of God? It’s done clockwise. Races are run anticlockwise to protect the heart.

How was Sunita Williams rotating? Sun rotates anticlockwise. Anticlockwise is the nature of nature.

We get to know the Cosmic geometry; we are on the potter’s wheel. Our body is like the pot on the Potter’s wheel. When Sunita Williams was in space the speed of her Potter’s wheel had increased.

A participant said that she had assumed that sense Sunita Williams was away from the air and pollution of the earth she shouldn’t have aged faster. Sir said that she was engulfed in a envelop same as Earth. So maybe that was not affecting her since she was in a simulated environment like that of earth. Low diet/nutrtion also must’ve affected the aging process as it was limited.

A participant explained how the low intake of food(sugar) through glycosis can slow down the process of aging. That is why the glycogen index of yogi’s is very less because they only eat once in a day and that is why they age slower. Similarly intermittent fasting and other types of fasting can also slow down the process of aging.

Another participant spoke about the effect of antioxidants. Antioxidants also slowdown aging, she might have been low on that too. When the condition of our mind is not good it causes oxidation and increases the process of aging. Tulsi, Mulberry are  good antioxidants.

Another participant: We know that we live due to the presence of oxygen. But what if the oxygen is what is slowly killing us and not letting us live a longer life? This is in line with saying that antioxidants help us live longer.

When our purpose in life is achieved we feel are ready to die while there are others who want to live longer life. But the question is who defines the purpose of our life or how do you know what is the purpose of my life?

It is OK to say that I am ready to die; you have the right to say that but what if somebody else, say your child says that to you saying I’m ready to die, will that be OK too for you?

A participant said it depends on the individual because the purpose of their life will be there in their causal body.

What about accident deaths and suicides? Has their purpose in life been achieved too? Sir said that it is as if they have taken a drop in their examination or skipped their examination.

Learning can be initiated in spiritual learning but lessons cannot be taught. Every religion or different individuals can teach different lessons but it cannot be the absolute knowledge in the realm of spirituality.

Siddhi la prasiddhi cha shraap ahe. A really siddha person will not blow his own trumpet because siddhi can be lost to them then. It leads to ahankar or ego which is fatal for siddhi. Then people try and find faults in us. For siddhi, Gratitude is necessary. You’re chosen to become siddh, it’s not an achievement. It’s a divine grace.

We should be able to laugh about death. Then life or death becomes irrelevant. We live only one day at a time; sleep is temporary death. Morning we are born again. 24 hours are enough for a life; to achieve your purposes.

Mi Taiyar ahe to die doesn’t mean adhyatmik readiness is there. Need to check. Bhavik readiness but can happen fast but aadhyatmik readiness can take time.

We are socially conditioned to want to live more. Blessings are always given for long life. “Shatayushi bhav” is considered a boon and dyeing early a curse. Shivaji, Vivekanand etc died early yet made their mark and so did others, who lived long. It’s about adding days to your life or adding life to your days.

We want life to be added to days is adhyatmik and vice versa is prapanchik.

We think we have come with a fixed curriculum for our life; this is a static model. It is not so. We can flip the curriculum our lifeas we are blessed with free-will. Aadhyatma says we can take-on the curriculum of our next life too in the present life. So when we say that the purpose of my life is over, it shows that we have not understood the purpose of life. Life and death is not in our hands; how to live life is the only thing we can decide. Saying that my purpose of life is over, prompts you to stop living. They are waiting to die; that is not living. There are only feeding their annamayya kosh. Manomaya kosh is comatose, they have stopped thinking.

When we are born, the purpose of life is like a disha; some relationships like parents and siblings are attached with this lifetime. Apart from these we create more relationships in life. Now, can I include more curriculums in this lifetime, more relationships in this lifetime? Can I increase the pleasures of others, increase my pleasures by learning more, can I stop complaining about things that are not working out or are limiting factors, doing social work; that is also purpose of life. Purpose of life is done, saying  this is not aadhyatmik. Maran chi vaat nahi pahechi.

When we walk on the path of life we should keep an eye on the goal as well as the path that we are travelling on so that we don’t lose the path. The goal is Mt Everest (moksha); none of us are destined for moksha in this lifetime. In this lifetime if we take-on the future curriculum then we will be able to achieve more base camps and be nearer to our goal of moksha. Keep covering as many base camps as possible instead of wanting to live in one of the base camps till you die.

Not wanting to tilt the equilibrium in relationships, to maintain peace with others is not aadhyatmik but praapanchik. But without breaking relationships and yet progressing on the purpose of your life is aadhyatmik. Keep cleansing your relationships for the future lifetimes by doing things that were not done earlier or doing things in a better way in this lifetime. Yet aadhyatma says the curriculum is not linear; it can be expanding; like a concentric circle and we need to go on expanding and try to do better. We need to resolve a past relationship those that we thought are settled. Settled is keeping it where it was and resolving it means letting it go and moving on towards moksha.

Sucide and accidental deaths

Exactness is rigid, not objective and blind v/s spirituality is abstractness; is flexible thinking is intuitive, abstract and with possibilities.

Purest form of consciousness is soul and impure form of consciousness is jeev. Ashuddh chetana (consciousness) is jeev and shuddh chetna is aatma. Suicide is committed by jeev not aatma.

What happens to jeev that commits suicide is the right question. Aatma is indestructible “नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावकः” (translates to “Weapons cannot cut the soul, nor can fire burn it”. This is a line from the Bhagavad Gita, emphasizing the soul’s imperishable and indestructible nature.). It is beyond the punchboot and Jeev is stuck in panchabhoot.

Sudden death due to suicide or accidents (abrupt death) breaks the annamaya kosh and the pranamaya kosh but the manomaya kosh is disturbed or distraught.

In suicide, at the moment of death wants to return to the body, to the annamaya kosh, it doesn’t want to die; it is angry as nobody called it back, it is afraid as it cannot find its way back, and is sad and these feelings are caught/trapped in the astral plane. It is trapped in the pocket of time and space of death, as if it is frozen there. Such places are haunted or accident prone.

Unlike in accident, jeev struggles to live, it is too sudden and jeev is in disbelief that it is dead and is caught in the pocket of time and space as if it is alive. There is in shock, anguish.

How do release them from their entrapment?

Their kin have to perform shraddha or pitru puja. The perpetrators of the accident or suicide must’ve had some past life connection with them which needs to be resolved. Law will punish them as abettor to suicide or culpable to homicide. Chitragupta will give these perpetrators (who were the nimitt or stimuli coming from past life) the chance to undo their act in their rebirths. Till then, the jeev is stuck in the pocket of space and time (who failed to do the purusharth) as they can get neither moksha nor rebirth. Till such jeevs are all released, mankind as a collectively species cannot evolve. Mankind has to mutate into higher dimensions. To release all such jeevs we have to wait till a critical mass is collected or a Bhagirath will have to take birth. (The story of Bhagiratha and Ganga recounts how King Bhagiratha, through intense penance, brought the celestial river Ganga to Earth, allowing his 60000 ancestors, cursed by sage Kapila, to achieve liberation.)

We are all related/connected to each other. Even one person doing the sadhana, like the saints gathering at Kumbh, will gradually help them to do the penance.

Animals don’t have jeev so there are no animal bhoot either, only humans have jeev which can become bhoot because humans alone have transactional value.

If you’re manomaya kosh is affected then bhoot stories will affect you. If your manomaya kosh is shaant and yet you see bhoot then that can be occult or siddhi.

Live in the here and now.

We you see everything as a cosmic drama then you start becoming better actors in the drama. This is becoming soul centric instead of role centric (jeev). Cleanse your karmic account, do purusharth, expand your curriculum. Life is a resource; use it optimally.
