Questions asked:
What is the energy at Kumbh mela?
How can we know someone?
Discussion:
Matter and energy is a subject of science but the energy at Kumbh was beyond that, it is in the dimension of ‘chetna’ (something that cannot be measured but can be experienced).
Like sunlight intensity and its impact can differ depending on where you stand, similarly your personal energy dimensions can define the impact on you of such vibrations/energies. It’s your individual energy field that defines the impact. Everyone got what intention they went to kumbh with; CM Yogi’s quote: “महाकुंभ में जिसने जो तलाशा उसको वो मिला. गिद्धों को लाश मिली, सूअरों को गंदगी मिली… जबकि, संवेदनशील लोगों को रिश्तो की सुंदर तस्वीर मिली, सज्जनों को सज्जनता मिली, व्यापारियों को धंधा मिला, श्रद्धालुओं को साफ-सुथरी व्यवस्था मिली… जिसकी जैसी नियत थी, दृष्टि थी, उसको वैसा मिल|.
Cosmic constellations and their alignment play an important role in determining the energies on our planet e.g. different jayantis (Hanuman Jayanti etc), Ramzan etc.
‘Udhyapan’ is like a graduation ceremony after the culmination of any ‘tap’.
At the Kumbh individual ‘tapasvis’ had come there who did ‘tap’ for 12 years and acquired siddhi. This was a time to put these energies together. It was a time to collectively enhance these energies for the betterment of others. Collective ‘Akashik’ records or data is created. This was an occasion to contribute by the tapasvis and not to acquire. The tapasvis came to enhance their energies together and go back to resume their individual ‘tap’. When groups of people do ‘tap’ it is called a ‘akhada’ or ‘gurukul’.
E.g. of making ‘sheera’ with different ingredients and the incidental pleasures of its aroma others can also benefit even if they don’t eat the ‘sheera’.
The cosmic container is the muhurt, the auspicious time at the designated place.
Spiritually awakened people will feel the calling to go there. Some will physically reach there and others might not but are spirituality there. Others might reach there physically but not spiritually.
A participant shared her observation: at the kumbh, the single-minded and focused intention of the crores of people present there in itself must have also contributed in enhancing the energies there. “Samata madhe kalpana hoti”
‘Anubhav’ is concretizing a memory and is limiting. Urge to store in memory is dealing with conscious and not the subconscious. ‘Feeling’ cannot be stored in the material space but affects the subconscious. Anubhav is a small thing in Adhyatama. Experience mars experiences. Don’t try to store as anubhav. It’s ok to store in prapanch but not in adhyatma.
Ganja like substances helps you transcend from your physical body like Gajanan maharaj could. E.g. Ganja induced people when they imagine that they are rowing a tied boat will also have fun thinking they’ve rowed a lot.
Energy and mattter can be big or small but the same in consciousness cannot be quantified.
We are One (unified) in consciousness, similarly in kumbh while taking the dip millions of cells of one person took a dip and this multiplied by crores of people taking a dip but they were all unified by their intention. There is a cumulative or zenith of the experience is oneness in kumbh.
You don’t have to physical do something to actually do it; you can do it by imagining it also. The intention is important. What happened to you is important. Location of experiencing it is a ‘bhram’. It can be done anywhere if you really want to do something in spiritual perspective.
We have a Collective consciences, we are all ONE.
Answer to 2nd question:
Individual identity of anyone is an illusion. We have an assumption of someone based on our past experiences of that person. Based on that, we tend to label people. We don’t see them with the possibility of change that they carry.
Mother Teresa said, if I try to understand a person I can’t love them and if I love the person why do I need to understand the person.
When you play, play your best and not to win. It kills the spirit and joy of playing. The need to win doesn’t make a good player. Same applies in the game of life. Life is a resource, it has been given to you. You are not life.
To say that I don’t understand a person is not the right approach, know yourself first, that is the purpose of life. Problem in this world is not that we don’t understand others but that we don’t understand ourselves.
Therapy and therapist is not different; Music and musician is not different, you cannot take one away from the other. Same for people and their traits.
People who trouble us, shape us. Others are in ‘bhogta’ state (in suffering). They are born, they live and they die. They don’t evolve. People who came to you to hurt or praise are the extension of your consciousness; people who came to cleanse you. Show your gratitude to them.
Koi loot le toh wo purana karja tha. It maybe paid back in installments too but one lump sum loot jaldi chhoot jata hai.
Jo ho raha hai wo achhe ke liye ho raha hai. Jo ho raha hai maybe achchha na ho but ultimately achha hoga.
Conclusions:
Life is an illusion. Sleep is a temporary death. Sleep with gratitude and wakeup with hope/ummeed.
We are spiritual beings in a human body.
Critical mass and universal oneness in one place is Kumbh.
Don’t draw conclusions; be in the moment, life is ever flowing.
While going to sleep ask for forgiveness from all.
Mukti (liberation) is individual, Mokhsha (salvation) is collective. Tapasvi work for this, not for themselves.
