Swayam Shodh Spiritual University provides environment and facilities to experience “Laws of Universe” through Self-enquiry. The curiosity to know about self leads to Self-Discovery (स्वयं शोध) which results in satiation of human quest i.e. Health, Happiness and Harmony.
SSU is a NGO formed under the aegis of Prabodh Educational Trust (Regn. No. E-1616). It provides an ambience, infrastructure and programmes to help the seeker to connect to the purpose of Life. The pedagogy of facilitation includes: Meditation, Brain Storming, Interaction, Conscious Gathering (a space for unconditional acceptance), Healing Sessions, etc. SSU also provides customized residential/non-residential, programmes for individuals, couples and families (groups).
SSU provides opportunities and space for Contemplation and Reflection on a very regular basis. This is basically to spread the
spiritual wisdom in our society. Our belief is that the purpose of Education is not just to master some subject, but to master self.
With the idea of giving insights to get Self-Mastery Swayam Shodh regularly conducts Workshop on “Spirituality & Life Integration”. Thousand on participants from different walls of the testimony for its efficacy.
